PROJECTS IN DEVELOPMENT

As a producer, it is important that you have ideas “in the pipeline” and work on them until they are ready for production. These are some of mine:

The Messiah of Long Island

Feature Film

Executive producer

Script by Paul Bernbaum, I.C. Alum

Dubbed, "The Messiah of Long Island" John Spano rode into town from Texas and saved an NHL franchise by buying the impoverished New York Islanders. One problem--Spano didn't have any money, yet pulled off one of the greatest cons in modern history.

THE EUNICE CARTER STORY
Short Script

Eunice Carter was the only female prosecutor working as a federal prosecutor during the Kefauver Mob Trials in the 50’s. This determined, young African American woman was instrumental in prosecuting mob figures including the notorious Lucky Luciano.

CONJURING CREATIVITY
Instructional video
HOCKEY MOM'S
Webseries

This  digital presentation features network exceutive and two show runners who talk about how they come up with ideas for television series.

Move over "soccer moms,"  there’s a new lady in town and she’s wearing a fleece-lined parka. HOCKEY MOMS is Desperate Housewives meets Slapshot with 7 and 8-year-old (mite level) hockey players. It is all the sturm and drang of four  hockey mom friends who hang out in their favorite spot  in the  bleachers of the local rink.

ROSE'S STORY
Docudrama
Heading 5

This true story features Rose and her mother who are transplants  to Ithaca from the tough streets of Brooklyn. This project completes the exploration of the story, adding  in-depth  interviews to the staged reading  that was successfully received when it was performed in Ithaca, New York.
